A proud native of Douglas County and a graduate of Ava High School, Nikki has deep roots in the community. Her local knowledge and connections make her the ideal partner for buyers and sellers looking to navigate the Ava area market with confidence.

Nikki is a dedicated mom to her two active children. She credits her energy to sweet tea and Jesus, balancing a full life with grace and humor. In her (rare) spare time, she loves tending to her chickens, baking, crafting, fishing, cooking, and floating down local streams.

She is committed to making every real estate transaction smooth and stress-free. With a focus on hard work, honesty, integrity, and prompt communication, she stays in close contact with customers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and closing companies to ensure every step of the process is seamless. She has extensive experience with first-time home buyers, cash buyers, investors and is well-versed in USDA, FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. As a skilled seller's agent, Nikki specializes in helping homeowners list and sell their properties for the best possible price. She leverages her marketing expertise and knowledge of the local market to showcase each property’s unique strengths and attract the right buyers.
